Relax Into Healing is the theme for the year, and where we will be putting our individual and collective attention.  This course is designed to give you the tools you need to stay healthy and grounded in this time of transformation and change. Together we can step up and do the actual-self care that can change the trajectory of your life, and the lives of others.

This course includes:

  • Weekly Calls on Mondays at noon

  • Monthly Half Day Workshops the 3rd Saturday of the Month

  • Two Retreats (Spring and Fall)

  • Monthly 1-1 Sessions with Suzanne

  • Online Forum

  • Weekly Emails

  • Three live yoga classes a week and a yoga class library
