Relaxing Bedtime Golden Milk
Taking some time to relax and unwind before bed can improve your sleep. This drink has been a delicious addition to my evening routine, and you might enjoy it as well.
1&1/3 cup milk, almond milk, or whatever milky liquid you prefer
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon turmeric
A few gratings of fresh nutmeg
2 teaspoons honey or to taste
Heat the milk in a saucepan, whisking in the spices, and bringing the milk to the point where it boils.
Pour into a mug and let cool a few minutes before adding the honey. Enjoy!
